Student blog: lectures

DSC_4272For aspiring applicants; yeah, we have lectures too. This particular one is on Computational Hydraulics given by lecturers from Cardiff University.

A normal week has lectures from Tuesday to Thursday, slightly different depending on your personal choice of optional modules. Wednesdays however are reserved for lectures that focus on a specific strong point from each of the four universities.

Exeter provides an introduction to programming, Bath teaches the basics of waste water treatment and the modeling of these processes, Cardiff presents the basics of computational hydraulics and numerical approximations of these equations, Bristol shows the basics of hydrological modeling and teaches more general modeling skills such as sensitivity analysis.*
