Dwr Cymru-Welsh Water Innovation Event 2018

Cohort 1 students Mariano Marinari (Bath) and Josh Myrans (Exeter) represented the WISE CDT at the 2018 Dwr Cymru-Welsh Water Innovation Event held on 19th April.

This all-day event at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama focused on the theme of ‘Innovation to deliver our 2050 Vision’ and showcased the latest advances in the sector through a range of presentations and workshops.  Key water and environment industry experts and academics were brought together to recognise the challenges facing the UK water industry, identify solutions and celebrate pioneering projects that aim to benefit performance, the environment and customers.

Mariano and Josh managed the WISE CDT exhibition stand and had the opportunity to network and discuss their PhD research projects with delegates.  Cohort 1 student Barney Dobson (Bristol) also had his PhD research information on display.
